SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Shipping

Shine ships throughout New Zealand and Australia.

New Zealand: $10 per order. Sent via NZ Post or Aramex, with tracking. Please allow 2-3 days for postage. 

Australia: $35 per order. Sent via NZ Post with tracking. Please allow 7-14 days for postage.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we do not offer a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable. 

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Swimwear
  • Face masks

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items 
Sale items are non-refundable. You will be offered a credit or exchange should the item be unsuitable.

Defective or Damaged Items

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. We inspect each item before it is dispatched to minimise any risk of sending a damaged or defective product. 

If however you receive a damaged or defective item and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shinedesignstore@gmail.com and send your item to: 253 Hardy Street, Nelson 7010, New Zealand.

Change of Mind / Item Unfit For Purpose

Once receiving your item and deciding it is not fit for purpose or an unsuitable fit/size, please let us know immediately, either via phone 03 548 4848 or email shinedesignstore@gmail.com

Please send your item back within 14 days to: 253 Hardy Street, Nelson 7010, New Zealand. Must be sent via TRACKED COURIER. Courier fee is at your expense.

You will then be offered a credit or alternative item. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds 

Refunds generally take up to 2 business days to be processed by Shopify. If after this time you still have not received your refund please let us and your credit card company know. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you. 

Shipping

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

We dispatch your order via Tracked Courier. You will be notified of tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
